ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Yes, all orders with a value of £50 of more will receive free standard delivery.
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Evri and DPD to ship your orders. Shipping costs are based on weight and you can choose your preference at checkout.
Whilst we are a small business we are proud to offer fast lead times. Your order will usually be shipping the next working day, if not the same day when placed before midday (but please allow 1-2 working days during busy times). You will receive an email once your order has shipped and then the delivery time will depend on the service you have chosen.
We offer a range of shipping service options to suit your needs, from Royal Mail to Evri and DPD. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information and pricing.
At this time we only ship within the UK.
PRODUCTS
We do. All of our soy candles, wax melts and tea lights are hand poured by us in small batches. We are proud to have honed the skill of candle pouring over the past few years to produce the highest quality candles that provide a long, even burn and beautiful fragrance throw.
We use both essential and high grade fragrance oils in our candle and diffuser blends. Our clear candles and diffusers are made with essential oils and our amber candles and diffusers are either a blend of essential oils and fragrance oils or fragrance oils. We include a list of the ingredients on each product page to help you make the best choice and you can filter by ingredients when browsing the store to find your preference.
Your order will arrive in a cardboard shipping box and will be safely packed with our loose fill peanuts.
All the packaging we use to send out your orders has been chosen to be functional and protect your orders while being as sustainable as possible. All of our packaging is 100% plastic free and can be recycled, re-used or composted.
Our loose fill peanuts are made from maize-based starch, a 100% biodegradable and renewable resource. Just pour running water over them to watch them dissolve!

Yes, we offer a standalone Gift Box service here, just add it to your basket before checkout and pop a comment in the box to add a personalised note to your order.
Alternatively you can choose one of our beautiful pre-made Gift Sets here.
