Shipping policy

Orders over £50 will automatically be offered free delivery with DPD (1-2 working days after dispatch). 

Delivery costs are based on weight and/or price. We offer the following shipping services:

Evri

• Orders up to 700g - Evri 1-2 Working Days (after dispatch) £3.90

DPD 

• Orders up to 2kg - DPD 1-2 Working Days (after dispatch) £4.95
• Orders up to 4kg - DPD 1-2 Working Days (after dispatch) £7.00

Parcel Force

• Orders over 2kg - Parcel Force 48 Hour £7.00

Please note orders will usually be dispatched the next working day after they are placed. You will receive an automatic notification email once your order has been dispatched. The above delivery times then apply once your order has dispatched. Please note shipping to more rural locations may take longer, than the suggested time frames above.

Please double check your delivery details when finalising your order. We are not liable for any inaccurate delivery information / incorrect addresses and we are not required to refund you for errors. We are not responsible for parcels once they are marked as delivered on tracking, any issues please contact the courier directly.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery and do not rearrange or pick up your delivery within the time allocated by Parcel Force, Evri or DPD you will be charged for re-delivery of your items should they be returned to us or refunded for your order minus the delivery cost.

Please note at this time we can only ship within the UK and unfortunately cannot ship to Northern Ireland, this is due to new government rules.
