Refund policy

If something isn’t quite right, please Contact Us for a return within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be in touch to arrange the rest. When using the contact form, please provide us with details of your order, including your full name, address and order number, so that we can identify your order.

All items should be returned in original packaging and in the same condition they were sent. We have the right to refuse the refund if the item(s) do not meet our inspection upon return. Please note that hand and body products are non returnable or refundable due to hygiene reasons. Please note if you received free postage and the item(s) returned lower your order value to less than £50 you will be refunded minus the postage cost.  

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and returns are sent at your own risk. We therefore highly recommend that you use a signed and tracked method to return your order and obtain and keep the proof of postage.

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to place a new order. 

Corporate Orders are made to order and are therefore non returnable/refundable or exchangeable. All products are checked individually before shipment. However, please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Botanic & Wild at hello@botanicandwild.uk within 24 hours if any items have arrived damaged and we will discuss options for replacement.
